E.g. Reports menu > Spray Diary > Select preferences and click 'Preview'

Note, you must select the one that has the (redirected ##), the 'Microsoft Print to PDF

The report will run and open up another window called 'Save Print Output As'
5. Name the file however you wish, and ensure you have selected the location you want to save it to on the left hand side (example below shows Desktop).
6. Click OK.
For Excel Reports
(example below uses the Spray Program Export).
1. Ensure you have Created a 'GrowData' folder on your computers C-Drive. This is where any excel exports will land, it should look like this:
2. In the GrowData program, locate the report you wish to run and click 'Export to Excel'.
3. Go to the GrowData folder on your C-Drive and you will see the report in there.
If you haven't set up the folder correctly, you will get a 'path not found' error message when trying to run the report.
Please note: Whenever you run a report, it's good to rename it to include the date (if it doesn't already). The reason for this is because any reports with generic names will be overwritten in your C-Drive folder whenever you re-run them.
For example - this 'SprayProgramData' has been renamed to 'SprayProgramData_23Feb24'
