[GrowData Scout App](https://support.growdata.com.au/knowledge/growdata-scout-app?hsLang=en) # Getting Started With The Scout App ## What we need to set you up, and how to log in for the first time. **WHAT WE NEED TO SET YOU UP:** If you haven't already done so, reach out to our support team and let them know you'd like to get started. To set up your details behind the scenes, they'll need to know:  1\. **Company Name** (or 'Tenant')  2\. **Farm Names** (or Properties) 3\. **Number of users** & their individual **email addresses**  4\. Confirm your **Job Types preferences** (and colours to represent). Confirm your **Priority Level preferences** (and colours to represent). Confirm your **Job Status preferences**. Unless you wish to change something, they will be set up as:  ![Status\_Scout](https://support.growdata.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Status_Scout.png?width=200&height=74&name=Status_Scout.png) --- **HOW TO LOG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME** 1\. **Download** **the 'GrowData Scout' app** (icon and link below) Link [here](https://apps.apple.com/au/app/agoracle-scout/id1627166596)  ![](https://support.growdata.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-07-2025-12-42-50-7175-AM.png?width=139&height=171&name=image-png-Jan-07-2025-12-42-50-7175-AM.png) 2\.You'll be directed to a login page, **click** '**Continue'**. 3. At the bottom of that page** click 'Sign Up Now' **and fill in the details using the email address you provided.
