Irrigate

Check soil moisture while planning irrigation

A new Soil Moisture Report is available directly from the Scheduler, showing readings at 20 cm, 40 cm and 60 cm for up to the last three days.
This puts soil conditions alongside your irrigation plan, making it easier to decide when and where irrigation is needed.

Manage PLC alarms from Irrigate

EDGE and PLC alarms can now be configured from the Alarm Configuration page and sent directly to the farm controller.
This makes it easier to keep alarm settings in Irrigate and the PLC aligned without managing them separately.

Control fertigation injection rates

Target Flow Rate is now included with pump shifts sent to the PLC, giving Volume and Duration fertigation modes greater control over how quickly product is injected during a shift.

Irrigate – Bug fixes
  • Fixed high-flow and low-flow alarms so they are only checked while the pump is running.
  • Fixed several errors that could occur when navigating between Irrigate pages, including Blocks, Valves and map views.

Track your harvest from field to shed

The new GrowData Harvest App gives you a simple way to scan and track lugs as they move through harvest. Capture who picked each lug, where it came from and where it moves next, giving you clearer harvest traceability and more accurate records across the farm.
In Ops, you can manage harvest places and pickers, review scan history and correct records when needed.

See chemical use and cost by block

A new Chemical Applications by Block report shows how much of each chemical has been applied to every block across Spray Diary, Dry Application and Fertigation.
Filter by property, block, variety, chemical or application method, then print, save to PDF or export to CSV. Historical pricing is retained with each application, giving you a clearer view of chemical use and costs over time.

Keep chemical safety information with the chemical

Safety Data Sheets can now be uploaded directly to a chemical record instead of storing a typed link.
You can view, replace or remove the SDS, keeping important chemical safety information easy to access from Ops.

Reduce chemical setup with improved APVMA search

APVMA product search now also retrieves the product’s active ingredient where available.
This reduces manual setup, improves the accuracy of your chemical records and supports better compliance and audit preparation.

Keep historical records while cleaning up Farm Setup

Blocks can now be archived and restored from Farm Setup. Archived blocks remain available in historical records and reports but are removed from new Spray Diary, Dry Application and Fertigation jobs.
This keeps current block selections cleaner without losing past farm records.

Find Farm Setup records faster

Farm Setup lists now include improved search, filtering, alphabetical sorting and pagination across employees, varieties, crops, blocks, sheds, machines, chemicals and more.
Larger farm setups are now much quicker to navigate on desktop and mobile.

Find people, equipment and chemicals faster when creating records

Key dropdowns in Spray Diary, Dry Application and Fertigation are now searchable, so you can type to find employees, machines, implements, sheds and chemicals instead of scrolling through long lists.
You can also create or edit these items directly from the dropdown without losing the information already entered in your record.

See which blocks are included before opening a record

Spray Diary, Dry Application and Fertigation lists now show a summary of the blocks included in each job.
For larger jobs, open the summary to see the full list of block groups and blocks, making records easier to identify at a glance.

Copy previous application records to save setup time

Copy & Paste is now available for Dry Application and Fertigation, matching the existing Spray Diary workflow.
Copied records keep the fertilisers and blocks while creating a new planned job with today’s date, saving time when repeating similar applications.

Clear accidentally entered job times

Spray Diary, Dry Application and Fertigation records now include a Clear Start/Finish Time option.
Dates also no longer automatically fill time fields, reducing accidental time entries when preparing planned records.

Ops – Bug fixes
  • Fixed Spray Diary stock usage so the full job quantity is deducted from inventory rather than only one tank.
  • Fixed Herbicide spray records so Surfactant chemicals are available for selection.
  • Fixed block hectares so Plant Spacing changes correctly update affected blocks.
  • Fixed deleting a Master Spray Record so its child records are also removed.
  • Fixed emailed Operator Instruction Sheets so they match the version shown on screen.
  • Fixed several Spray Instruction Sheet quantity, rate, unit and part-vat calculations.
  • Fixed spray sheets so the correct implement tank size is used where an implement is selected.
  • Fixed blank weather and equipment fields so they no longer display incorrect default values on instruction sheets.
  • Fixed Dry Application Special Instructions so longer comments stay within the correct area of the sheet.
  • Fixed Spray Diary tank calculations when using Inside Row, Outside Row or Partial Row Spray Width.
  • Fixed Total Hectares recalculation after changing block percentages or machine details.
  • Fixed Dry Application weather values so they save and display correctly.
  • Fixed Earliest Available Pick Date so Spray Diary reports correctly calculate the date using chemical withholding periods.
  • Fixed reports and selectors that could stop after the first 10–50 records, ensuring all matching records are included.
  • Fixed Fertiliser Reports so Crop and Variety remain correct if block setup changes later.
  • Improved empty Fertiliser Report results and printing.
  • Fixed multipage Stocktake reports so content prints on the correct page.
  • Fixed Block Group setup for large farms so all blocks can be searched and selected.
  • Improved block selection layouts across Spray Diary, Dry Application and Fertigation, including smaller screens.
  • Fixed Fertigation forms being clipped at some desktop screen widths.
  • Fixed navigation issues after opening Employee, Machine, Shed or Chemical setup from within an application record.
Other improvements
  • Chemical Measurement Type is now set once on the chemical, keeping units more consistent across records and instruction sheets.
  • Custom vineyard growth stages are now shared across all vineyard-enabled farms within the same tenant.
  • Whole Blocks are shown as a single row on instruction sheets when all underlying blocks are included.
  • Record dropdowns and chemical lists are now sorted alphabetically with natural number ordering.
  • Clear filters only becomes active once a search or filter has been applied.
  • The Activity Calendar remembers whether you last used Week, Month or Year view.
  • Added Utility and Other as Machine Types.
  • Increased the Shed Delivery Address limit to 255 characters.
