# GrowData Release 7.2.0

 **Harvest App**<https://dev.azure.com/InformAgDevelopment/InformAgAutomation/_wiki/wikis/InformAgAutomation.wiki/1412/Release-7.2.0-Customer-Facing?anchor=**harvest-app**>

**Add notes to harvest scans**
Notes can now be added to scans from both Ops and the Harvest App.
Each note records who added it and when, giving teams a simple way to capture useful information about an object as it moves through harvest.

**Prevent invalid harvest scans**
The Harvest App now checks that places, blocks and pickers are still active before saving a scan. This reduces incorrect records by preventing scans against inactive places, archived blocks or inactive pickers.

**Faster searching in the Harvest App**
The Harvest App now makes it easier to find pickers, places, objects and blocks using searchable selectors and code search. Processed objects and reused codes are also clearly identified, while changes to your active place are now shown before being applied so you know when your scanning location has changed.

**More accurate scan history**
Harvest scan times now use the time the scan actually happened on the device, rather than when the server received it we also capture who scanned the object. This gives you a more accurate record of when objects were captured or moved, even when scans sync later.

**Simpler object capture using object codes**
Harvest objects are now identified by their object code, removing the unnecessary Name field from the mobile capture workflow. This makes scanning faster and keeps object identification consistent across the Harvest App and Ops.

**Clearer Harvest terminology across Ops and the App**
Harvest now consistently uses Object terminology across Ops and the Harvest App, making the workflow easier to understand from scanning through to reporting.

**Ops - Harvest**<https://dev.azure.com/InformAgDevelopment/InformAgAutomation/_wiki/wikis/InformAgAutomation.wiki/1412/Release-7.2.0-Customer-Facing?anchor=**ops---harvest**>

**Manage harvested objects through to processing**
Harvest objects can now be marked Processed once they have finished moving through your harvest workflow. Processed objects become read-only and their object code is released for reuse, while Ops checks that the code is not already being used elsewhere before an object is made active again.

**Keep a complete history of every harvest object**
The object details view now brings together the object’s information and complete scan history in one place. See when it was first captured, every place it moved through, the picker, who scanned it and any notes recorded along the way. This gives you clearer traceability from the field through the harvest workflow.

**Move multiple harvest objects at once**
Select multiple objects in Scanned Objects and move them to another place in one action. A preview shows what will move, where the objects are coming from and anything that will be skipped, making larger harvest movements quicker and easier to manage.

**Find and review harvest objects faster**
Scanned Objects now includes improved multi-select filters for Farm, Block, Picker, Place, Quality and Variety, along with searchable filter options. A new Latest Scanned view shows the most recent scan for each object, making it easier to see where each object currently is without working through its full scan history.

**Export harvest scan data**
Scanned Objects can now be exported to CSV or Excel using your current filters, search and sorting. This gives you an easy way to take detailed harvest scan data into spreadsheets or other reporting tools.

**Update employee finish dates in bulk**
Managers and Admins can now select multiple employees and set or clear their finish date in one action. This makes seasonal workforce changes faster to manage, while employees whose finish date has passed automatically become inactive and release their picker code for reuse.

**Keep farm dates aligned with local time**
Each farm can now have its own time zone, helping date-based features behave correctly for farms operating in different regions. Employee finish dates now use the farm’s local day, reducing issues caused by UTC time differences.

**Keep employee identifiers up to date**
Employee GSRN can now be entered and edited directly in Ops, making it easier to keep employee records complete and current.

**See harvest stock on hand by place**
The new Harvest Stock Report shows which harvest objects were at each place as at a selected date. See how long objects have been at each place, filter by Place, Block or Variety, and review subtotals and overall totals. Processed objects are excluded once they were processed, giving you a clearer historical view of stock on hand.

**Reconcile picker activity with the new Pickers Report**
A new Harvest Pickers Report gives you a detailed view of objects captured by each employee across a selected date range. Review picker, block, variety, object, weight and quantity information with subtotals by picker and a grand total. Picker codes are recorded as they were at the time of capture, keeping historical totals accurate even if codes are later reassigned.

**Harvest – Bug fixes**

- Fixed the Harvest App dashboard showing an outdated active place code after refreshing or changing code assignments.
- Fixed Place and Picker code assignment lists not refreshing immediately after changes.
- Improved scanner stability by ensuring scanner sessions stop when leaving a scan screen.

**OPS**<https://dev.azure.com/InformAgDevelopment/InformAgAutomation/_wiki/wikis/InformAgAutomation.wiki/1412/Release-7.2.0-Customer-Facing?anchor=**ops**>

**See chemical use and costs more clearly**
The Applications Report now includes a chemical summary showing the total amount of each chemical applied, grouped by chemical type. Use Summary only when you just want the totals, or export the full report to CSV or Excel for further analysis. This makes it easier to understand chemical use and application costs across your farm.

**Export more reports to Excel and CSV**
Spray Diary, Purchase & Usage Summary and Stocktake reports can now be exported directly to CSV or Excel. This gives you cleaner data for spreadsheets, further analysis and sharing outside Ops, while Excel exports retain useful report headings and number formatting.

**See block restrictions clearly on the farm map**
A new Farm Map on the dashboard shows which blocks have No entry re-entry restrictions or Don’t pick withholding periods in place. You can see when restricted blocks reopen, check another date, switch farms, search for blocks and open the record that caused the restriction. This gives you a quick visual check of where work or picking can safely take place.

**Map your blocks directly in Farm Setup**
You can now draw block boundaries directly on a farm map or import them from a shapefile. Create new blocks from mapped areas, edit existing boundaries and use the mapped area to help determine block capacity. This gives you a clearer visual farm setup and provides the foundation for map-based features across Ops.

**See the value of stock on hand**
The Current Stock List now calculates Stock Value using the quantity on hand and the chemical’s default purchase price. A Total Stock Value is shown at the bottom of the list, giving you a clearer view of the value of chemical inventory currently held across your sheds.

**Archive chemicals without losing history**
Chemicals can now be archived when they are no longer in use. Archived chemicals are removed from new Spray Diary, Dry Application, Fertigation and Purchase records while remaining available in historical records and reports. Ops also protects stock traceability by preventing chemicals with remaining shed stock from being deleted.

**Reduce setup when selecting machinery**
Machines can now have a Default Gear/RPM. When you select that machine in Spray Diary or Dry Application, the saved Gear/RPM is filled automatically while still allowing you to change it for an individual job. This saves repeated data entry and helps keep machinery settings more consistent.

**Keep PDF Safety Data Sheets with your chemicals**
Chemical Safety Data Sheets can now be uploaded as PDF files up to 10 MB, alongside existing image uploads. This makes it easier to keep manufacturer SDS documents directly with the chemical record and access them when needed.

**Ops – Bug fixes**

- Fixed Spray Diary report Block, Variety and Crop filters so only matching blocks appear in the report.
- Fixed Operator and Supervisor dropdowns so employees marked as pickers are no longer offered for new application records.
- Fixed disabling and reactivating a farm so its map location, vineyard setting and time zone are retained.
- Fixed Plant Spacing updates incorrectly rounding linked block areas to whole hectares.
- Fixed long fertiliser, chemical and active ingredient names on instruction sheets, with improved text wrapping and page handling.
- Fixed Completed Dry Application records incorrectly showing an Activity required validation error.
- Fixed blocks being unable to be deleted because of old links to already deleted records.
- Fixed Purchase records so selecting Update correctly updates the chemical’s current purchase price.
- Fixed some Purchase records failing to save because prices were not rounded correctly to whole cents.
- Spray Diary withholding periods and Earliest Pick Date now use the WHP from the actual chemical rate selected on the spray.
- Very small blocks with an area greater than zero can now be saved without their area being rounded down.
- Operator and Supervisor dropdowns now show Name Surname (nickname), making employees with similar names easier to identify.
- Single-farm tenants now have the Farm automatically selected when creating Dry Application, Fertigation and Shed records.
