Admin Supervisor Harvest App Setup

Suggested setup for controlled time entries across multiple teams and devices

The GrowData Harvest app is designed to be flexible, so there are a couple of different user dynamics and permission levels we can set up for you, depending on your preferences. 

This setup will give you the following benefits: 

  • Having one Admin Supervisor controlling the Employee side of things (i.e. creating teams and signing people in and out to capture their time), means less steps for other Supervisors to worry about, and better consistency across the devices. If you are in an area with poor connectivity, it also means there is less risk with phones syncing information to each other about who is signed in or out. 
  • This setup also means that Supervisors can all still see each others' info. So the Summary and Reports pages display data collected on any device connected to their database. 

Additionally, you could also have Standard Users, in the scenario where you don't want someone to have visibility of Harvest data collected on any other devices:  


Internal Notes: 

  • 'Managed by' = removes Crew and Teams from the menu
  • 'Supervisor' = allows visibility for everything picked on all devices associated with the same database.
