Harvest Records Reporting Options

Some useful reports to analyse harvest and picker data.

To access Harvest Reports, there are a couple of options. Either through the 'Harvest' tab under 'Enter Data' or through 'Preview Reports'. You will find all reports available through 'Preview Reports' under the 'Harvest' tab in 'Enter Data' and more, so this is where we recommend you go. 

1. On the Main Menu, select 'Enter Data' then navigate to the 'Harvest' tab
2. There are two avenues to access reports: 'Harvest Report' and 'Picker Reports'

Harvest Report

1. In 'Harvest Records', select 'Harvest Report'
   
2. There are multiple reports available: Harvest, Rate Comparison All, Rate Comparison Shortfall
   
   1. Harvest: best exported as CSV or previewed as a PDF. Shows bin counts per block or variety, depending on filter selections, for the selected date range. 
      
   2. Rate Comparison All/Shortfall: gives an overview of hours worked and bins picked for each picked in selected date range.  Used to calculate pickers haven’t met their minimum wage requirements for time worked/bins picked vs rate per bin (e.g. Jennie required an extra $6.75 to meet minimum wage). 'Shortfall' will only show workers who require extra payment. 
      

Picker Reports

1. In 'Harvest Records' select 'Picker Reports'
   
2. There are a variety of reporting options available:
   
   1. 'Hours Costs by Date' or 'Harvest Contractors by Property' (below): Will show bins picked, hours worked, and associated cost for each worker and contractor. 'Hours Costs by Date' will also show date of each bin/hour. 
      
   2. 'Bin Count Detail': Shows an overview of bins picked, block, variety, date and time for bins picked. Sorted by picker and contractor.
