Some farm setups will have a different database for each farm/property. Depending on user access, you may have the ability to toggle between databases using a single login.
If you have an 'admin' user (please check with the Support Team if unsure), follow these steps to access multiple databases.
- Log in using admin user.
- On the Main Menu, go to the 'Setup Menu' tab.
- Select 'Open Database'
- Double click on the database you would like to access from the list.
- Once loaded, it will show the active database under 'database file location'.
- Exit this window, and you are now accessing the selected database.
