To be able to log into the GrowData program, our Grower Success team need to provide you with an RDP file, and your username & password. Once you have these, you can continue with the steps below:
For Windows computers:

Download the .RDP file and save it to your desktop.

From your desktop, double click on the file to open it. A popup will appear where you can tick a box so that you're not asked again for this computer, tick that and hit OK.

Then you should have a login screen appear (with a sentence at the top that says enter your credentials to connect to remote.growdata.com.au). In this screen, it's possible that it's remembering your windows credentials (meaning your email will appear in the username field), so if this is the case you'll need to click on the blue writing below 'more choices' and then select 'use a different account'.

Enter your GrowData username in the email address field, followed by your password. Then you should be able to hit OK and get into the program. It may take a moment longer to load the first time around.
