Stocktake for your farm inventory
You can see your current on-hand inventory and generate stocktake lists that work the way you do. You can download and print a stocktake PDF with space to write counts for sheds with no reception, or print/email a shed’s current inventory list for staff to use while counting. Once the stocktake is done, you can enter the updated quantities back into the system.
This means you can:

• Keep your digital records aligned with what’s actually in the shed

• Give field staff a clear, up-to-date list to work from

• Run stocktakes more consistently, without needing to be there in person

• Make ordering decisions with more confidence, avoiding both over-ordering and running out

• Reduce errors caused by hand-written or outdated or ad-hoc lists

Ops Bug Fixes

• When adding varieties, the Crop dropdown is no longer limited to the first 10 crops. You can scroll or search to find any crop in your list.

• When creating blocks or chemicals, the Chemical dropdown also shows and lets you search all chemicals, not just the first few.

• This means you’re no longer blocked from saving records just because your crop or chemical isn’t near the top of the list.
